How or why that is I haven't any idea, but of course once you think about it, any person who advertises at UTR isn't UTR, ipso facto.
So why they do it is a puzzlement.

Either because she does not work that much, or has enough clients that she does not need to look for new business, it means she has as much business as she wants without having to advertise. I guess I have had a couple of friends who became UTR, just because they had enough business, and a couple more who promised to keep seeing me after they retired. The former was a lot like before they were UTR, and I am still waiting for anyone to deliver on the latter - they retired and disappeared. So in my experience, UTR is a pretty hollow promise, the fun indistinguishable from non-UTR.
