I've already contacted customer support 2 days ago and still no reply. Do I need to contact ccbill?

It might have failed for some reason... or been hung up by your card issuer as possibly fraudlent.
My VIP upgrade has always been instant when I paid for it . If it's been two days you should contact ccbill
