How is her advice wrong?

She clearly said "this will NOT keep you from getting arrested, but..."

Greetings all, I have yet to meet up with that certain provider but I was curious on this.  I had heard (or at least I thought I did) there are alternative's when it comes to the "check" and would like to know if they are just as effective or not.  Thanks and I look forwards to everyone's thoughts.

If you see a person dressed in a blue uniform with a badge and a stripe down the pant leg, then they are LE.

If you want to be sure the gal you are going to me is not LE, be sure to see a well reviewed gal.

Anything else is just BS.

If you are into role play and that's a costume it could be fun. Otherwise, bad news.

Any LE check you hear about in this hobby is useless. Not sure why the myth still hangs on, but touching, groping, exposing body parts, or anything else that some people do as an "LE check" does absolutely nothing to prove someone is or is not LE. Do a search on this board for "LE check" and you will find this topic comes up over and over again with the same responses.

The best check against LE is to stick to verified well reviewed providers.

Read the Self Help Center while you are here. Look for the link at the top of the page.

Good one , Lol.

That's nothing but an urban legend. Police don't have to tell you they're undercover. Think about how ludicrous that sounds. That's why they're "undercover".

Avoid LE by seeing reputable ladies who screen and who have reviews. Having a website lends some credibility too, but there are plenty of legit providers that don't have them.

Ladies who advertise on P411 and RS2K are all vetted, as well.

There was a house in NY where the girls would unzip your fly, pull out your cock and put it in her mouth.  They actually thought it proved the guy wasn't a cop.  All it proved was they gave away free samples.

As in many things there is definitely a double standard for undercover cops. A male cop can, and often does "go all the way" with a hooker in order to bust her. I have NEVER heard of a female officer doing anything close to actually having sex with a john in order to bust him.

various things to show that neither of you is LE, but as pointed out earlier, none of them is worth the effort.  If either of you in the room is LE, you're screwed, no matter what 'LE check' she did.

Swim

...when you get arrested.
If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in the room with LE you will be arrested, whether they have enough evidence to convict you is not their concern. The best thing you can do for yourself if that happens, never lie and do not speak to them without an attorney and maybe not even then! Lying to the police or trying to talk your way out of it will only give them the evidence they need for you to be charged and convicted. Know your constitutional rights, exercise your right to remain silent.

But it will give your lawyer enough to work with.  Ready?

Don't ask for or agree to anything illegal.  Period.

Read reviews to get an idea of what she likes to do, but don't try to confirm that yes, she will do this or that for you.  And do only see girls who have multiple reviews, done by reviewers of multiple providers.

Once LE is in the room with you, you're toast.

For most guys, the arrest is the issue anyway, not the conviction. The arrest will be made public and very high likelihood his SO, boss, family, etc will find out.

Your last two sentences are correct and the only real way to head off a bust and/or conviction. That is the advice the OP needs to follow.

Yep the arrest is what will cause all the issues. The conviction won't even matter.

Kidding, obviously all are correct on this front. Just saying it different ways.

Ain't nothin but a misdemeanor, so to continue the spin off advice.... For the love of Christ please don't flip if you're ever in this situation. You're already screwed if you're married, so please don't take other people down with you. Ladies - goes for you too. It's not like you're going to make life that much easier for yourself if you do. The cops are supposed to be looking for underaged kids and trafficking victims. If you can't help, don't!

Now where is my loyalty card punch?
