I cannot tell what your race is.  So without reviews, your ad, should include that information. It should include something about your size and skills. I don't know what the going rate is there, but that may be an issue. Maybe a get to know me rate until you get some reviews.

For example,

Downtown GFE Latina? (If white I suppose it isn't necessary maybe sultry or something like that) spinner/athletic etc.. (insert special skill here if applicable cim/greek/fetishes) 25yr old newbie. Special rates!!! (insert catch phrase here)  In write up push the special rate some percentage off your rate for reviews. Maybe a challenge of some kind. (some guys like that stuff)

Your pictures don't really speak to me, I don't like the low lighting but that's just me. I'd get better ones when you can.

You need to separate yourself with your looks and skills. Play to that. If you are just a regular GFE type safe sex gal, it will probably be a struggle.

Do you have any gals that can vouch for you?

Check reference so you don't get aholes looking to screw you over.

So I'm somewhat of a newbie. I had one review from several years ago, but no longer have access to that email to connect it to my current account. So I'm review-less. No big deal I figured, I'll just start taking new clients. It seems like an impossible task. I've advertised in several locations, posted ads via TER... but nothing. I'm not sure what I'm doing that may be scary for hobbyist... but it's a no go. I've been trying for 3 weeks now. Do I need to be patient? or is it time to go for an agency? and if so, how do I find an agency worth it?

Or both? If you are getting dates, the reviews will come. Sometimes they take months.

Are you asking the guys to review you? Don't be bashful. Ask! Just don't be pushy about it.

Guys that tell you after the date by email/text they had a great time would be the ones to hit up.

Your website, specifically your pics, need work. You look hot enough but the pics are all grainy and not the best.

Good luck, London.

This business is very competitive and you need to present yourself in the best light possible. The look and feel of your website especially the pictures is key. Stay away from "selfies" and poorly lit photos like the ones you often see on BackPage. While you may not want to spend a lot of money on a professional photographers now, get a friend with a decent camera and take decent photos and use Picasa or other free software to clean them up. Also your profile on TER needs to be filled out completely with the menu of services and the rates clearly spelled out. Don't underestimate the value of a well written bio that describes who you are, your interests and what you like. Jack is absolutely right. Clients that see you and follow up with an email are low hanging fruit. Ask them to write a review. In time you will get a decent number and more clients. Finally, depending on where you live and provide, you may want to seek out a provider mentor. Go to top 100 providers list in your area and PM a couple of the more successful providers and ask them to help you. If one agrees and is on a site like P411, she can recommend you to be listed which will really help get clients. Also, a client can who is verified by P411 can also recommend you. Good Luck.

she has no reviews so she can't make any corrections to it.  I can't see her pics as I don't know where she is posting ads.

I agree that you guys have given her some good advice.  Be patient, Chloe, it sometimes takes a while to get things going.  Start posting on threads on your local regional board, post your allowed ad every 7 days on your local regional ad board.  Lastly, read the self help center.

Everyone starts with no reviews, and yes, they definitely take some time, whether you have dates scheduled or not. Keep in mind about half of the gentlemen you will see simply don't review, while the other percentage enjoy them very much. That's my take on it and it's funny, it usually comes in waves lol. I personally meet alot of non reviewers myself, especially as of late, I don't know why, just how the cookie crumbles I guess lol. And of course, they do what is comfortable for them and that is fine by me. Asking certainly doesn't hurt, but you will know during the screening process if they are a reviewer or not more or less. Sometimes we are fortunate in that a nonreviewer may  write one just for you, and that is a very special thing, at least to me. Just try to keep your chin up, have a lil bit of patience and positive thoughts and the reviews will follow. With hard work,  great marketing of yourself and whom you intend to attract as far as clientele, I have no doubt you will be successful. Just give it time. And to be successful here, truly takes a lot of hard work and dedication day after day as a true entrepreneur of your brand. And as far as any agency touching that brand, for me personally, that could never be an option, reviews or not. But you do what feels right for you. Only you can answer that question, no matter how much advice is given to you. Good luck, you'll be terrific.

xx kisses
