Preferred411 gives their providers the ability to indicate if they are newbie friendly.  Since you are def a newb, this would be a good avenue to pursue.  There is also Date-Check, and RoomService2000 (popular in the midwest, particularly Chicago).

I'm heading to Vegas next month for my birthday and wanted to treat myself but all the ladies I've looked at and have been interested in require references from other encounters.  Since this would be my first time, am I just SOL or are the requirements flexible?  I haven't reached out to anyone yet because I don't want to waste their time.

Many ladies have alternate screening methods and will help you if you give them enough time and information to check you out.

Very true.  I was hoping that alternate method could be used.  Time to go looking for a date!

I wasn't aware that was an option.  I'll definitely look into though.  Thanks for the reply.

Be advised that with quality providers alternate screening often means giving the provider with enough info to see who you really are (real name, employment,etc.).  For many of us newbies, that means putting some additional trust in the initial  providers we choose until you have a few references established.  Someone here said it well when they said this is supposed to be discreet, not anonymous.

Thanks for the info swim.  I've noticed that many providers provide detailed screening requirements on their web pages and most offer a light screen (let's say employment based) in lieu of 2 recent references and/or P411, RS2K, etc.  for whatever reason, I'm more comfortable with this method until I can establish a couple of solid references and whitelist status.

Is there anything inherently wrong with this approach a seasoned veteran like yourself would comment on?  In other words, what do you see as the pros and cons of say P411 vs. a Pro Indy personal screen?

One of the biggest benefits of P411 is that you only give your personal information out to one entity based outside the US vs giving it to multiple providers. Once you get a few OKs it's like getting the key to the city as many ladies will accept your P411 with no additional information. A few others may still require personal information and then it's up to you to give it to them or move on to someone who doesn't want info you're uncomfortable giving. My advice is always remember that once you give your personal information to a provider you can never take it back and you have no idea who else might eventually see it

Hi there, take a moment to look over my screening page on my website & we'll take it from there... let's get you verified to get you on the hobby train.... (you can call me also I answer when I'm available)
