FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — The suicide of former Miami City Commissioner Arthur Teele last week has raised new questions about the ethics of “outing” public officials who lead double lives and conceal homosexual affairs.
“F. Davis [the male prostitute] said that they used the cocaine and he performed oral sex (mouth-penis) on ‘Art’ and then ‘Art’ performed oral sex on him,” reads an excerpt from the police documents, published in the New Times. “He advised that ‘Art’ then requested that F. Davis engage in anal intercourse (F. Davis’s penis into ‘Art’s anus) with him. F. Davis advised that he was paid $450 for the session.”
In another part of the New Times report, F. Davis said he considered himself a female, “but had no intention of removing his penis because he made ‘too much money’ from using it in his prostitution activities.”
The prostitute was in jail on unrelated charges when he told investigators about his encounters with Teele.
