This has probably been mentioned many times, but I wish the search criteria in the reviews section of TER contained fields for tranny specs (inches) and for both tranny and SM (top/bot/switch). It would be nice to have pregnancy (1st, 2nd, 3rd trimesters) and maybe lactation as a separate spec for those that milk but aren't pregnant. Rimming is currently totally overlooked as is BBFS. M/F couples for MMF bi activity. Mulatto or biracial would be a good addition as well as albino or other physical conditions/handicaps. Accents (Southern, British, etc) maybe...I don't know, but there seem to be a lot of room for improvement - some of the old fields are redundant or unneccesary.
Can't really enjoy the hobby without a little golden shower now and then. A field indicating give and take is all that's needed.
Perhaps a "most frequent searches" feature is called for.

But I can't make my dream come true with TER's inadequate categories and search options.
Mulatto? Do you have any idea how terrible and offensive word that is? I have spanish and asian in my background. My mother is half PR with a half white grandmother. I am black. It would be a waste to add mulatto or any other racial mix to a search.
The more search criteria the better in my mind.
Although I'd rethink the word "Mulatto".
and one for the number of stab/bullet wounds.
