...When one of your clients writes a review on his time with you and it's approved TER will post the review and assign you an ID#. Your profile will be created by this first reviewer.  

You may contact TER admin to correct anything he filled out incorrectly once your profile is posted.

It's also on the My TER (tab at the top) page at the bottom of the list of Quick Links.This will explain a lot about how TER works. Read here on the Newbie Board. Go back several pages. You questions have likely been answered.
