I posted a message on the board said that i would like to have some fun at seattle next week. A provider PM me and I replied it back, but I didn't get any responses after that. (it happened twice) Do i usually call them or just PM back to them? Do they reply your PM?

You didn't say how long it's been with no reply though.
It could take her a day or two to get back to you.
If no reply after a couple days, then you could send a single follow-up.
Like DJ1985 said, do be specific with day and time of your date request - as this does indicate your seriousness and will cut down on the total number of back and forth communications needed to get the date arranged.
Unless you ask for a specific date and time, she may think you are just scouting the territory, and a time waster for her. You need to let her know you are serious about seeing her.
