because they hate the taste of condoms. (but that's exactly what flavored condoms are made for). Most providers will have no problem with your request. You are basically asking for "lesser" service at full rate.*
*disclaimer: There are exceptions to every rule and some folks would consider a CBJ more work because it is harder to get a guy off with a condom on, but generally BBBJ ladies charge more than CBJ ladies, and most people consider a BBBJ an upgrade over a CBJ. That's what I meant by a "lesser" service.
