Does she say in her ads/on her website that she's incall only?

If not, it's a fair question (sometimes review profiles aren't 100% accurate when it comes to the services). That said, xyz made an excellent point: if she herself has mentioned on her ads or website that she doesn't do outcall, don't call her and ask her a question you already have the answer to. One of the most maddening things we deal with is having to repeat things that we already have clearly outlined in our ad copy.

Suppose the provider that i want is only for incall (written on the reviews), but i want to do an outcall. Can I call her and ask for that? Will that be inappropriate?

 Thanks

...about in call and out call. If her profile on TER says in call only her web site should back that up. If her web site specifically says in call only I wouldn't ask about out call. Many would say it couldn't hurt to ask since it's not a money and/or services question but a lot of the providers post on TER how frustrating it is to put something on their site only to have it ignored.

If her web site isn't specific about it go ahead and ask.

her preferred method of contact?  Many providers prefer email as opposed to phone contact.

Research her, read her ads and website, if you don't find anything specifically excluding outcall the only way to know is to ask. Don't ask if she will come to you for sex or any specific act.

I'd move on.  If you do not find anything that doesn't specify incall only, I'd ask.  As mentioned, use her preferred method of contact, which may or may not be by phone.  Many providers will only do incall or only do outcall for various reasons.  It seems to me from your initial comment that she only does incall.  Lots of providers feel more secure in making appointments in surroundings of their own choosing, as opposed to walking into a totally strange environment where they have no control of the site.
