Screening without references

I'd love to hear some other providers' methods for screening and verifying clients who do not have references. I am running into this semi-often and I am just not really sure what to do with it.

Thanks - TER won't let me join that board until I'm "more active" for a few months on the other boards. So I'm limited to here until then although you are right that PMing might be a good choice too. Still hoping to hear some shop swap over here. Thanks!

Some providers may see this and PM you. You can also PM some of them. I suggest starting with the ladies who post here a lot like Julia, and Kelly (beautywithbrains). Kelly actually offers a mentoring service for this kind of thing.  
I can give you some really general info, but I'm not a provider. The providers can give you more detail via backchannel.

Many ladies screen differently and have their own methods but most commonly used screening methods are:
1) References from other providers.
2) Verification sites such as P411 and date-check
3) Getting real names and wirk info of clients and verifying that
4) Checking blacklist sites and provider only sites such as verifyhim
5) TER, whitelists, reviews, PMs
6) Google (you can google names phone numbers, email addresses etc. and find out a lot about some people.)

Can you help me understand why screening methods are best left not discussed on public boards?  

And thanks - I've been seeing lots of talk about asking for real names and work info, etc which I was wondering how well that works out for people. From the clients point of view, too.

When you get into the details of how a lady screens it is best to keep it off public boards because you would be giving info to the very guys you are trying to screen out, (LE and bad guys) on how to get around screening.  :)

Ah yes, I can see why now (the issue of people working around screening by getting things lined up to look good, or something).  

I do appreciate the general advice. Working on making some provider friends so I can talk shop more freely :) Appreciate the help!

....I have had young gentlemen forward appointment forms, listing their age very different from the truth.  Given the fact that I prefer to entertain more mature gentlemen, these gentlemen have given their fathers birth year, thinking I would not catch on.  Again, I will not share how I screen.

  Also, if ladies provide too many details of how they screen, LE will catch on, and know how to manipulate the facts.

Of course you know why. You been the mod/host here for years, but just for the record I will say it for the actual newbs.

The reason that the ladies don't want all the specifics of how they screen out in the public view for all to see is that it would defeat the very purpose of screening. Do you see banks giving the details of their security? Of course not.

Honestly Swim, I think you had either too much, or perhaps too little to drink over the holidays. I know I make the most mistakes when I post sober, so my advice is "Drink more" lol
