Just curious where everyone is at on this issue. Would you generally rather have a couple of hours with someone that you're meeting for the first time or a repeat session with a gal who consistently knocks your socks off? As for me, I'm probably more in the latter category as a general rule. Don't get me wrong. The excitement of meeting a well-reviewed lady for the first time can be dizzying but I tend to prefer the familiarity and absence of LE concerns. Você?
I am down with the second choice though I don't have an ATF. The best ladies that have chosen to entertain me and we both seem to get off on each other beats that fine azz stranger anyday. As for me, I am admittedly a little tight when it comes to first meetings though they have all but a couple have gone well. Familiarity can breed comfort or contempt, but that oh so depends on the two people going at it.

It has been the extremely rare escort (two that I can remember) with whom I have enjoyed a second date. What invariably happens is that the second date is a repeat of the first date.
First times are usually not as good since it takes time to get to know what pleases the Hobbyist and then as others said the nervousness part comes into play.
As for repeats I do when I have had a good first time and found for the most part things get better. To the couple that things get worst I stop seeing them.
Now if only that first time visit could start off as if it were love at first BITE!
I like the adventure of new, although it can be frustrating. I recently had my first -- second time with a top rated lady (Aerliebloome.com). It was fun saying hi to someone familiar and friendly and it was a great session, but I missed the excitement of the new. But then, new isn't easy!! I am coming to Chicago. I have a top rated lady sceduled, but it took dozens of exploritory emails starting over a week ago. These were well written mails and included solid references. Many top girls are abviously so busy they blow off a lot of initial inquiries.
