They kind of strike me as a good place to have an outcall date. I'm not sure the tribal PD would have much interest in doing busts at their own hotel, and they tend to keep the non-tribal LE out of their jurisdiction b/c they protect their sovereign nation status so jealously. Any thoughts? Just a random Saturday night thought....

By outcall do you mean a guy paying for the room or an escort paying for it and having multiple clients visit her? Maybe big difference. I visited an escort at an Indian casino and she had to come to the lobby so I could use the elevator. Since I was her only visitor, I did not draw attention. An escort meeting multiple guys in the lobby may draw attention of security.
Since casino hotels are of recent construction, probably most require a room card in order to use the elevator.
