Anyone can submit a "Problem Report" using the button on the main Profile page. Admin will try to confirm anything strange and make changes as necessary.
Anyone can use the "Contact Us" button to pop open an email style box to admins. Someone will read and evaluate the correction and act accordingly. Now, since it seems that you are trying to correct your own Profile, I think you can just use the "Contact Us" link and explain that you want info deleted or changed. Since your handle "NaughtyPiper" is already linked to your Profile (Piper Richardson TER ID: 222045), I think it will be easy and straightforward to get the changes (deletions) you want. (Otherwise, you have to prove that you are, in fact, the Provider wanting to change her own Profile.So I'm not really sure how to do it, how can I remove emails and websites from my account? Do I have to contact TER Mods or is there a link I'm missing somewhere? lol

There is a "report a problem" link just under where your name is. Click on that and a message box will come up where you can send in the correct info you want on your profile.

...issues that can be handled by Staff. 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page is for more complicated matters that are addressed by Admin.
In your case, I'm guessing that you left an agency and are now independent so you want to get rid of the agency phone number and email. Use 'Contact Us' and explain it to Admin.
