I read the threads below about how to get started, but I'm still confused. Do you have to have an ad on an agency site? I don't want to give my pictures to any escort website. I have a job and a family and reallllllly don't want pics of me floating around the Internet. The guidelines say you can't post an ad without a link to an ad site or your TER site, but how do you get a TER site? Do you have to become a VIP member? Thanks in advance for your help

If you put an ad on one of these that will suffice as a web presence. You can post a photo with your face blurred or covered by hair. Many providers don't show their face. Some post photos with the neck up being cropped out. Some post ads with no photo. The TER "site" they refer to isn't your TER site. It probably said your TER profile. You don't have a TER profile until a client posts a review of his time with you. Then you could link your TER profile to your TER ad on your regional ad board. Many providers do have their own web site but not all. Many do well by simply keeping a current ad on one of those escort ad sites.
No you don't need VIP to do any of this. Once you have a review here on TER you can get a free provider VIP. I'm guessing you read about that already.
