Are there ever any situations where a provider might tell you an amount for
her donation. But then once she gets there she says something that translates
to "If you want to get down to business I will need (enter dollar amount here) more"
If things like this does happen. Is there anything that can be seen as a
"red flag" that it will happen ?
If you have VIP and read reviews, you shouldn't have those issues. There are a few things that sometimes cost more, like Greek, but if you have done your research you should already know that going in.

and it was a standard for sleazy operators, especially agencies who low balled a quote.
Typically the gal would collect the $200 or whatever and then say something like: OK, that's the agencies money to get me here, but if you want anything extra, that's going to cost you.
If you do your homework and find good gals and/or agencies, you won't have that sad experience.
Now, if you want to buy more time, or get something that she doesn't normally do (greek being the most common menu item for that), that will probably be more $.
upsells happen all the time. If you are diligent in your research, you can keep that happening to a minimum. We have got to research the ladies as much as they have to screen us.

Any YES you need VIP to read the full reviews... Do not take HER word that her reviews are GOOD! (We've all seen actual links to horrible reviews... they clearly didn't expect hobbiests to actually read) Upsell is a standard SCAM. The purpose of TER is to avoid such.
