who discuss this in advance with the gal.  A suite might be rented or a second bedroom provided.  They sleep apart after play & come together in the morning for a wake up session.  Rather that risking your health or a poor night for yourself...  or a sleepless night for her...  it's better to confront this head on.
Even if you choose to try to sleep together, having the option for one of you to move to another room nearby seems caring.

I am thinking about requesting an overnighter with my favorite lady. I am concerned, however, about my OSA.
I normally use a Continuous Positive Air Pressure  (CPAP) machine which keeps me from snoring, but the mask looks ridiculous. I have lost a lot of weight since my diagnosis and don't know how that may have alleviated my condition. I need to get a re-evaluation, but have not been able to schedule it yet.

My plan is to request the overnighter as an outcall at my place (she has been there several times already) and try sleeping without the machine. Then if I do snore I can use it - though I have heard they make some noise, too. I would discuss this with her beforehand, of course. She is a very easy going and understanding lady so I may be concerned over nothing, but it is an unknown.

My question for providers and hobbyists is: anyone have "overnighter" experience where the hobbyist needed a CPAP machine? Was it an issue?

I  the same condition and been wondering about overnighters.  Personally, I'd rather wear the mask than keep her up all night with my snoring.

I have the same issue, I wasn't sure about it. I'd think they'd rather hear the machine then to listen to my snoring.

because you will probably worn out from your encounter.  Thus you should be able to get into a deep sleep, which would mean more propensity to snore.   I've never slept with someone who used it, but I don't think any understanding person would take issue.   They don't really look that bad, and the humming sound it makes may even provide a relaxing tone to some.

I have no problem with them at all. I would recommend a King size bed if possible. Then when you are all done with your snuggling give a kiss goodnight and put it on.She can always turn her back to you for the 6 or so hours. She will be happy to know that she will get some uninterrupted shut-eye. If you skip the machine you may toss and turn or snore all night. Both of you will be more rested if you use it. It doesn't look horrible. Plus we don't love you for your looks anyway.

I have different issues but would sure have to discuss prior.  I don't sleep through the night, but return to bed & sleep after a bathroom break.  A bed partner ought to know.

The first hand informative leads me to think she'll be just fine with a reasonable, well thought out arrangement.

At least one, possibly more...?  It was a complete non-event and I don't even remember.  Really.

Should be fine. :)

...and I have enjoyed many overnight dates with gentlemen who must use one.  CPAP's provide a constant white noise, that I find relaxing.

If you have visited with this lady more than a few times, just be honest.  You have nothing to be ashamed of.

Hugs and Kisses,
Kelly
