As others have said everything has risks.
Best thing you can do:
Take a piss (flush out your urethra) and was with soap and water ASAP after encounter.
If you can't get to a shower to properly wash you can rub hand sanitizer all over your bits - sounds weird but it is better than nothing.
Condoms only protect what they cover - if you go balls deep pounding away the base of your penis and testicles will be exposed to hpv/herpes if the woman is shedding the virus - hence the needs to wash wash wash ASAP.
If you stick will well-reviewed providers you will find they have meticulous hygiene as long as you wear a condom you are relatively safe, but nothing is guaranteed.
I've heard people say they caught urethritis (who knows what bug) from BBBJ but just as many other people swear they've never caught anything from BBBJ. CDC webpage has stats you can read.
DATY is more risky then most realize - you are placing your oral mucosa all over a vagina with fluids - you definitely can acquire herpes and hpv from that; hpv would likely be asymptomatic in your mouth but raises your risks of oral-pharyngeal cancer
