A provider friend of mine just signed on TER as a provider at my recommendation, but as she isn't yet reviewed I can't find her to review her. I have her provider name, but she won't come up in the search. Any suggestions on what I need to do.

she will be assigned an ID#. If you are her first review, and since you only have 1 review to your credit, your review of her may be held until someone else reviews her, or you post another review. As my esteemed colleagues have said, you don't need her ID#, esp since she doesn't have one, just fill in all the other blanks, submit it, and wait.
