If a provider doesn't offer MSOG, how should/are mult-hour sessions handled? For example, if a provider charges X per hour plus Y for an extra pops and someone books 2 hours for X*2, what happens when the guy pops?

As for my input, I agree with my esteemed colleague GaGambler. I prefer the prix fixe menu option.

No, crazy thing is even with two girls for two hours it's still one pop. I, thinking logically, think that if the girls do hours each that includes a pop that additional hours at the same rate would add another pop (as another posted pointed out if they spent an hour with one guy and an hour with another, they'd provide 2 pops in total). I also thought it would make sense that if 2 girls would be one pop with each.
Was told that combining hours or girls doesn't take away the requirement of paying for any additional pops.
