how do i know if i made my account correctly as a provider? i have reviews here and i am trying to link them to my profile i don't want to upgrade until i know i have signed up as a provider correctly first.

...there isn't really a provider sign up. TER makes it confusing. Maybe they will fix that at some point. You need to contact TER admin, use "contact us" (very bottom of the page) give them your e-mail and other info that identifies you and will match the info guys have used to review you. Ask them to connect your reviews with your handle (msmeganatl). Ask them about the provider free limited VIP membership. Having your handle connected to your reviews will give you the provider VIP. Read the Self-Help Center, upper right under the red and white life preserver. Look under the "Some Info for Providers" it will explain the provider VIP. Read posts on this board. You'll find my posts on this subject to others asking this question.

Now, as for profiles and reviews: If you have reviews, then they are on a profile. One can not exist without the other since the reviews sit on a profile, and TER will not create a profile until you have at least one review.
So, what is your basis for saying you have reviews? If you found the reviews yourself, then you also found the profile, and the linking is done. Now, there are times that a provider will have more than one profile because perhaps she changed her name, and reviews got written under two separate names and therefore there are two profiles. If this be the case, notify TER management and ask them to combine them together.
You should also read the Newbie/Self Help Manual that is linked on this page, and read up on how TER works. For example, you do not get to set your profile, that is done by the first person who reviews you.
