...I could be wrong. If you are a provider and you don't already have reviews here on TER you don't have a TER ID# yet. Those are assigned by TER once a client has written a review of your session with him and TER approves and posts it. The number is then at the top right of your profile page which the reviewer creates.

You can search to see if you have been reviewed by clicking the reviews tab at the top, then click search reviews, enter your contact info in the search fields (phone #, provider name, e-mail) and click the search button. Your name will be listed on the left if you have reviews. Click your name and your profile/reviews list will come up.
