I went to the wrong city a few weeks ago

I got the address from the booker, entered it into my navigation system and took off for my appointment only to find myself in an industrial area with my navigation system telling me that I was at the address but the street signs telling me a completely different number.

Fortunately I was able to reach the booker and after a bit of effort was able to determine that she was not in Dallas like I had thought, but was actually on the same street in Irving Tx, which is a suburb of Dallas and the "real" address was only a few miles away. I ended up being about 40 minutes late, but it was a Sunday, she had no appointments booked after mine and a good time was had by all. Well at least a good time was had by me. lol

I'm relativity new at this escort thing. I just say my first escort just a couple of days ago.

Anyway, here's what happened; I had a driver drop me at the hotel, and it just so happened to be the wrong hotel. The hotel was in the same general location as the hotel where my provider was staying at for our appointment. So, I go to the room number and it turns out no one was there.

So, I called and called and texted and texted, and it wasn't until and hour when I realized I was at the wrong hotel. I didn't realize that escorts have a limited text policy, so I basically blew up her phone. I exactly plan on seeing her tomorrow, if she'll let me. I was wondering if its a good idea to try and see her again.

the layout was not as she described.  Fearing the worst, I made a call & she set me straight.  Turns out the chain had 2 hotels with Similar names within sight of each other.  The one she was at...was on a short side street off the main BLVD so SHE gave me partially wrong information.  Because I was driving myself, I was able to quickly get to the other location.   I think it cost me 15 minutes of my hour but we got everything done.  Probably would not have if I'd gone up to the floor before discovering my error.
I note one of the hotels has changed hands since then.  The ladies could & should make it clear if they are expecting guests and their are 2 hotels with similar names nearby.  She did not know, until my call, that there were 2 same parent hotels so close.

She had the street wrong but the exact name of the hotel right...  and they were within sight of each other.  Maybe 1/4 mile between.  I felt we both made errors & while I don't frequent the hotels, I do shop at stores in that block...  I felt pretty stupid.  So I took the hit on the time

You for messing up the hotel location and her to have such unheard of policy. Yes, its wise not to send incessant texts to the provider, but a text or two over what is considered normal should be OK on her end to make sure work out smoothly...

How many texts did you send, BTW...Just out of curiosity..LOL

the wrong hotel because the city in question had 2 (or more!) hotels of the same name within them.

In one case the hotel had two towers, and the room numbers were duplicated in both towers.  She wasn't sure if she was in the North or South tower, and even the room number on phone didn't differentiate, so I had to try one then the other.

I'm careful now to get the exact address so that I don't fall prey to this again.

Got there and called the assistant. Told me go to 14th floor. The hotel  had 3 buildings  and i never  found a lift. Called back, she  called  provider. Told me just ask the desk where the lift is. I do. They  said we don't have a 14th floor. Called the assistant. She realized she sent me to the wrong hotel.
If I had bothered to lift my head when I got there I would have noticed the place was 3 stories high

A friend of mine told me he read story once of a guy who thought he was boarding a plane for Oakland and ended up in Aukland.
I do hear New Zealand is beautiful though.

In the post 9-11 era, TSA would make that almost impossible as you have to show your passport before getting on any international flights.

but back many, many years ago I did something similar, but not as extreme. I fell asleep on a plane that continued on to Seattle instead of getting off in San Francisco. and yes I was DRUNK at the time lol

One last thing, I am sure your friend was pleased by his mistake, Oakland is far from beautiful. There is no "good part" of Oakland, except maybe for San Francisco. lol

Sadly, no. That's not the reason I came up with my name. But, that's interest.

well known provider went to the wrong hotel and knew she was lost because there was no 5th floor.  She called me right away and I explained my location in more detail.  Have seen the same provider many times since.

Second scenario, the provider's assistant gave me the wrong room number.  Luckily, no one answered.  Found a discrete place to call the asst. again and get the right room number.  Have seen this provider multiple times as well.

You sometimes need to be flexible.

You went to the wrong place by mistake, but it is a deliberate act to ignore your calls and/or texts. As a hobbyist who has been doing this for years, let me give you some blunt advice.  Whenever a provider does to you what you just described, which is to not answer your call/texts prior to a session when you can't find her door, my advice is don't ever make a second appointment with her again.  She is now a proven time waster.

As a side issue, don't text people so many times, it is a common courtesy.  One text conveys a message, if it is ignored, she is ignoring you, period.  Texting is like pressing the button for the elevator, press it once.  You don't need to press it 12 times, it won't make the elevator come any quicker.

She replied. Called and gave me the number and everything. It was a lacking on my part honestly, I wasn't at the right hotel.

because traffic & other dalays can foul you up.  Once I know I'm in the right location, I withdraw to the corner coffee shop since sitting in the parking lot is NOT discrete.  I time my return very closely to the exact time.   With gals I'd seen repeatedly, I made the call from my car in the coffee shop So I could arrive to my pre-scouted location & enter very quickly.

I started doingthis because I got caught in a localized but intense storm that made driving impossible...  I tried to keep going (very horny) but could drive 10 mph.  I tried calling but she didn't pick up until the call time...  I was stopped on the interstate in the high speed lane...  25 miles away.   I had to cancel...  we rescheduled a day or 2 later & a great time was had by all.
