Straight up n00b here, I just got back from being treated like a king on my very first experience and want to let folks on this board know what a great provider I had. I noticed her profile has a current inaccuracy, dealing with her piercings. How do I go about pointing out that change? I didn't notice anything specific here

if you specifically mention the piercings you are hoping to address in your review, that helps. Better yet, someone else has and you can point to that.
This is a bit of a hard issue here. The first guy to review someone basically sets the table, and it's not all that easy to change stuff, even if blatantly incorrect. One terrible example is a girl I know (not reviewed by her request, so don't bother digging) who did anal with the first guy because she was into him but then decided it's not on the menu. Getting that "anal = yes" tag reset is hard.
It's one of the more commonly bitched-about and genuinely bad parts of TER's process, which many of us have raised in many places.
