Heres a little comparisson between these to escorts I've noticed and wonder what every one elses expierences are like. Many GG escorts advertise and or have a website with a schedule. If you wish to see them you generally have to book them in advance. Some times a few weeks and they manage to keep their scheduled appointments and every thing goes smoothly. TG escorts even if they have a website and or advertise in advance (seems most don't) they want you to call them the day of the event and many say call an hour before you want to see them to set up an appointment. I have responsabilities as well as every one else so I would like to set an appointment in advanced so I know how to plan my schedule. This hit and miss if a girl is available is a pain it the ass. I don't understand your point regarding the difficulty of maintaining an erection and the appearance of the guy. If it is a matter of sexual attraction, how is charging someone more money going to resolve the problem? He's still unattractive no matter how much money he pays you.
Also if you are unsure of whether or not to pre-book an appointment you should be honest to the appointment maker instead of deceiving him so you can double book to cover yourself. If you want respect you should behave in a respectable manner. In general liars are not respected people.

I've noticed GG escorts look far skankier as a lot and charge a lot more.
You may want to try fiding a few TS escorts to frequent as a repeat customer. Perhaps once they know you are genuine, they will accomodate advance requests.
I don't have any experience with GG escorts--never felt the need (though I'll admit to a little curiosity, which I may lave one of these days). But I agree with Horizononfire; based on my experience, becoming a regular client is the best way to go. Find a girl who really meets your needs, then stick with her as long as you can.
