To post a picture on TER, it is necessary that you first upload your picture to
a webhosting site. Once you do that you then click on the photo to get it's URL address, then copy and paste that address into the "picture URL" box you see below when you open up a reply box or start a message.

That should give you a feel for which hosting site you want to use. Some of them do not allow explicit pictures. I do know that Imagecoast seems to be pretty popular.
