Rephrase to something like "a college girl."

It's not that bad at all, AFTER I know someone a little better.

How do you get a provider to comply with a dress request. My taste is not very out of line...I like younger girls and I usually request something like this: " I would love it if you could dress 'schoolgirl style'. If that is not possible, I would prefer that you dress like you were going out to the mall.  
I have made this request to a couple of agencies I have used but when I get there, the girl is not dressed to my request.  
What are the rules here? What about an independent? Have I done something that makes them think I am LE if I make such a request in advance of a first meeting. There have been a couple of occasions where a provider just simply wouldn't get back to me after such a request.
It's not that bad, right? :-) I'm sure much more challenging things have been requested....
Any advice or discussion would be helpful.

Agencies tend to be about high volume.  I once made a wardrobe request of an agency girl too, and she told me that she never got the request.  Also, if the lady is touring she will be less able to accommodate you than if she is on her home turf.  Hard to say why some didn't get back to you - but it might be as simple as they didn't have such an outfit handy.  But also, once you have had a date with a lady and she knows you are a good client, she will be more willing to go out of her way to accommodate special requests.  You could bring up your wishes at the end of a first date with a lady, if you think she is someone you would like to repeat with.

fulfill your request for a certain attire.  Agencies are not known for great communication with their providers other than where and when.  Lots of times they don't even give them the name of the guy they are about to see.

The comfort level for an  independent provider goes Up once you've beEn screened and she knows you're legit.
