I've been seeing providers for about 12 years on and off. Lately it's been mostly massage. I usually get an hour appointment. I typically arrive a few months early so when I get to the door I'm right on time. I've noticed that many of the girls don't give anything close to any hour when it comes to actual massage time. It's more like 30-35 minutes of time that I'm on the table. I realize they don't know exactly when the HE is going to occur because it's different for all guys. But it seems like the "flip" comes at around 15-20 minutes.
I don't expect a whole hour because typically I like to shower at the providers place before the massage. And yes, I do my "homework" and try to get decent quality providers. But it would be nice to get at least 45 minutes on the table. Just wondering what peoples' thoughts are on this, providers and hobbyists. Thanks!
For example, there's an AMP I go to that charges $120 for an hour that is more like 30 minutes, but the massage isn't really what people go there for.
On the other hand I see a number of real FBSM gals that charge more like $250 or more for an hour, and an hour is about what I get, subtracting about 5-10 minutes for changing, showering, etc.
So, the price is often the best guide, and the reviews are an even better guide.
If you see legit therapeutic massage practitioners, they also give full measure.
That 10 minutes is for changing out of clothes and into clothes. At least that is my experience at a massage place. Since I have a table, I get a legit massage person to come to me and use my equipment...then I can plop on the couch and take a nap after instead of driving.
Guess it's a good thing I'm not legit.

I do set a clock, I don't really care about going over but would not want to short anyone. The time it takes for me to set up I don't feel you should be paying for. If you require a shower I don't consider that paid for unless I'm doing a water ceremony. Plenty times I get caught up in the session and have yet to work on this or that, this is my bad and 15- 20 minutes will work anything I missed in. Now if we start creeping up on the 30 minute mark I will ask if you would like to extend the session. I won't take kindly to those trying to eat up my time but realize I work in a non rushed environment and allow you to ease in and out of your blissful state. Everyone sees to their practices different, I enjoy my sessions so I will continue to do them as I see fit. As always YMMV.

Aztec4Life, When I go for a massage, if the flip and HE is quicker than I think it should, I will ask the girl to continue the regular massage after and usually, once they clean up, all is usually fine and they continue without a mention.
Are these ladies you are seeing, are they MPs or Escorts. Plenty of MPs will try to get you out of the door after the deed is done, not all mind you but a lot.

They are independent providers with good reviews. $200/hour. In just the past week I've seen 2 different girls in Bay area and was on table MAYBE a half hour.
I hate to say it, but, it sounds like you are just having really bad luck finding a "professional" provider.

An hour massage should go a full hour with perhaps the last 15 spent on the front unless you specify massage elsewhere on the front too. After you pop and get cleaned up, if there's still time on the clock then a foot massage is in order. If you don't stand up (figuratively) for yourself, then they'll think it's okay to short you the time - and sets the tone for expectations with other clients too.
Have you been up front about "45 minutes on the table" and do you repeat so you don't have to keep explaining things? You could also do an "In Search Of" post on the ISO board to find someone near you who specializes in full time and your preferences
Candles, table, music, warm oil...and the dude gets his hour and if he wants to reciprocate, that time is added free of charge, since I am the one thoroughly enjoying the experience.

If I were you, I would mention to the lady ahead of time that I want at least 45 minutes on the table.
Making her acutely aware of this would make it hard for her NOT to abide by your wish IMHO.
