It may answer some of your questions.  Personally, I prefer email for first contact, but some providers want a phone call.  Come back here if you have specific questions.

Hi

I am new at this.  I have always turned into the buzzard from Buggs Bunny anytime I amaround a girl I think is attractive.  I thought calling a provider would allow me to be somewhat easier but it is not.  When I call I really do not know what to say even though I have read multiple guides and tips for starting a meeting.

I was wondering if any of you had tips or if any providers had tips to help when I call someone I do not sound too creepy or strange.

Are their any know providers that are newbie friendly?  Someone that would book a call and are honest that will not have me walking out with my house mortgaged and my children sold into slavery because they had me buy too many fees?

I see one provider I really like and see seems nice enough but I would like one that would really help as if they helped they would have a repeate client as gratitude.

...newbie friendly providers, newbie doesn't mean they will see you without screening you, only that they will work with you to get you through their screening process.
It sounds to me like your not ready to make a date yet. Start reading and learn everything you can from this site before you even try setting up your first date and your chances of screwing up in a big way go down.
If you are paying multiple fees when you see an escort you didn't do enough research or do enough reading to understand how things should work.

Many providers prefer email intros.  (Except for some typos,) your post seems literate and cogent.  Present yourself in writing and see where it goes.  (It will probably go to the usual set of newbie problems: references, etc..)

A phone call can be awkward for both parties. I always reccomend an email for initial contact.
