Hi, I am a newbie and I have tried meeting some providers with mixed experiences. I got fleeced and scammed badly (I later realized that I did not check the review on TER, or rather there were no reviews) So I tried posting a ripoff review but it was not approved by TER (may be because I do not have sufficient reviews yet). I had another review before that which was not approved because it was not juicy enough, but I tried to include everything that was there in the encounter.

I am clueless as to how to go about it - and I would really like that ripoff review to be published because I got scammed for 300 USD because of my stupidity. and I wonder how many more people are getting scammed every day.

This was the provider in question - http://orangecounty.backpage.com/FemaleEscorts/cute-and-petite-upscale-real-100-indy-22/37374504

Cheers

Obviously we as users do not know what you stated or didn't state about her.

The one of my reviews that was rejected, they gave me a reason, and it made sense.

Did you get a reason?

What was it you said?

Take this as a lesson. BP is always going to be hit or miss. Sorry you got scammed.  There are some reputable providers on BP, but also a fair share of scam artists. Thanks for posting the ad for us all.

Yes, I have had hit/miss kind of experiences with BP, but whenever I had used BP, I checked the reviews on TER, I also posted one more review of one such provider, that was not approved either. In this scam case, I did not check the TER review, or rather I did not see any review of that provider so I should have stopped there. But, as I read somewhere on one of the forums - drunk and urge to see someone is a deadly combination. All the reasoning goes for a toss regardless of how careful you want to be.

If not, then the session can not be reviewed.  You have to had been in the same room with her for some amount of time in order to write a review.

What you can do however is post a notice about the situation on your local board to warn others about this rip off.

Yes, I did meet her and I put every single detail of that encounter in the review.. well, I will reach out to admin though. the reason I received was "From time to time TER chooses not to post reviews from users with limited history for providers with no other reviews. Once the provider receives more reviews your review can be resubmitted for approval."

Because your credibility as a reviewer has not been established.  That goes double when it's a rip-off review. So I'd do a few things:
1) Ask the Review Gods for a more detailed explanation as to why the two reviews did not go up. They are reluctant to approve any review where the reviewer is a first-time and the provider has no reviews.
2) Read the Review Guidelines again carefully.
3) To establish your credibility, see a well-reviewed girl and write a review of that session.  I'll bet it goes up in a few days.

As is mrfisher in that if you didn't actually be in the same room with her, than it's not eligible for a review.  If that is the case, post on your local regional board and tell what happened w/o giving her name.  Tell the guys they can PM you for her name.  That's what I did when it happened to me.

On your list of reviews, any review that is rejected should have a reason in the 'status' column.  If that is not satisfactory, do as inicky said, use the 'contact us' and ask admin for clarification.

I agree with mrfisher's comments - and I was in the same room with her. It was a shellshocking experience, so I went ahead and posted on the board anyway. I will use the "contact us" part.

Looked on the California boards and didn't find it.

Will post - this is the first time I posted on the forum..
