yep, I got the same denial as well.  sucks, I really wanted to get my review out there.  I did place one on another site that allowed it, so hopefully someone will get helped that way.

I understand it better now.

As a new member I recently submitted a legitimate review on a provider only to have it unapproved. The the reason given was confusing, it suggested that since the provider had not been reviewed before my review was unapproved. how can a good provider with no other reviews get reviews if you unapprove them for this reason. I spent time and energy reviewing this provider, and since I don't live in a place where most providers are reviewed here (as I have checked many) this review could provide valuable info for hobbyists like me who need good info to make better choices. I have to be a good member and submit reviews - go to be honest - this unapproved review concerns and discourages me from providing other reviews. please reconsider my review. I  submitted it in good faith and it is accurate and would provide local hobbits good info, isn't that the whole point ?

where's it's their site, their rules.  When someone else reviews your provider, they will probably post both reviews.  Until then, there isn't much you can do.  I understand your feelings, but all you can do is wait.

I had my first review denied with the reason given that TER didn't accept reviews from women. Needless to say I was outraged and contested that policy. I got a response saying that my review was now published.

I think it has a lot to do with who reviews your review- some mods are more cognizant then others and sometimes a polite request to look into it can help right a wrong.

...(I know you said not a lot available to you) but if you can see her and review her. She being established will lend credibility to you and your first review. TER will likely post both reviews then.

You make a valid point about your review benefiting the community. TER is just trying to prevent a shill review by the providers boyfriend etc. Try contacting Admin and point out your board participation see if they reconsider.

If a provider's only review is also the reviewer's only review, I have no reason to trust it. I have nothing to compare it to--whether other reviews of the same provider or other reviews by the same reviewer--so it's worthless to me. It may be frustrating, but it's a reasonable policy.

I had this problem as well.  I think also its because folks will post false reviews for free VIP time.  It wouldnt be hard really.  Alot of the ladies dont monitor TER and you could pretty much say whatever you wanted.  After I got some reviews under my belt and spent some time on the boards and integrating into the community my reviews on un-reviewed ladies have been approved.  You have to earn some trust from the people running this place right?  Its like that even in real-life situations.  The only way to bypass that.  Money.  GL to you :-)

Five or so years back the original administrator of this website discovered that many fledgling providers were having a complicit friend log-on, register, submit an effusive/fictitious review, and then forever disappear. This naturally discredited the review system. Too add a level of piety new reviewers were then required to vet themselves by:
1. First reviewing a previously reviewed provider
2. Submitting a minimum of two approve-able reviews on separate and previously reviewed providers.

Your circumstance is credible, and justifiably frustrating and unfair. But if you look at some of the "Top-10" provider's incredulous review score histories it is easy to see how easily venal manipulation manifests in this forum.
