If you are the first reviewer, just leave the ID part blank, but fill out everything else as best you can. Your review will create her profile. She has to have a name, means of contact, (phone number or email), and an internet presense (website or ad on an ad mall that doesn't have reviews.  

Since you don't have any reviews yourself, be aware that they may not approve your review right away. TER sometimes holds a girl's first review if it is done by a first time reviewer.

I had a lady who also didnt have a TER ID yet, but had a profile.  She gave me her username and that worked like a charm.  BUT you also dont have any reviews so its a toss-up but still worth a try.  GL

TER will not approve and publish your review of her. It's a policy TER adopted several years back to stop 'new' providers from simply employing a friend to register with TER and submit a review. Being a new member with no reviews YOU must first review a provider with a previous review history, and you must submit "2" reviews within a limited time window before earning any VIP credit. From thereon You'll receive 15 days of VIP for every "approved' review you submit. You'll also then be allowed to review a "new" / not yet reviewed provider.
