I have gone to account manager.. and you can only buy it.. no place to click that says "cancel"..

Then at the bottom of the page you will see a "contact us" link (6th link across). After clicking on this link, it will open up a box which would allow you type an E-mail. However, just above the box to the left, you will see in bold the words Contact US. And immediately below these words is a link that says "Cancel Membership
