Not even sure if Sierra is still active. I was a member of her Yahoo group in which she was very active. One day there was a flurry of posts from guys wondering why she stood them up, she was supposedly touring. There was no response. Multiple attempts by people to email and call met with no response.
This was almost a year ago. So be careful out there.
