I understand that it takes 10 reviews to get access to that board and I'm well on my way to that number but my question is if I started only reviewing under my alias from this point forward, would those reviews count towards that access? The last provider I visited with pointed out that my handle is the same as other real life handles I have for other sites so I don't want to use that anymore if possible.

TER is pretty strict with their rules especially when it comes to who's allowed access to RO board.
Even when you get access, discussing anything in there results in severe penalties for both the leaker and the girl who got the leaked info. They take this pretty seriously.
I guess they occasionally made exceptions back in the days for guys like gag who has zero reviews (not even alias reviews) but he's been around for a long time plus he was a moderator on several boards at the time.
As for me all my reviews are alias reviews.
Even though the reviews themselves are no longer attached to your handle, your white lists are however.
As for the RO board, not much to see, and sorry DA, but it still leaks like a seive, just ask MacLeaky.
and yes, I think I am the only guy ever allowed access to the RO board with zero reviews to my credit, but as you said, that was quite some time ago

And the only reason I wrote them was because 1) some kept asking me to write one for them
2) I needed to get RO board access
Also, I'm the one who enabled my white list to be visible cuz a girl wanted to see it...
so yeah, I'm aware it's visible. LOL
BTW the RO board is kind of sleepy, loaded with complainers and reminds me of the Titanic.

The answer to your question is yes. Reviews under your alias and your handle both count towards your ten reviews. As hiddenhills said, you also must have a posting history to gain access to the RO board.
The more important issue is using a "real life" handle on TER. Contact admin and ask them to change your handle here. Your reviews and old posts (if you have any) will get assigned to the new handle
