We are supposed to be welcoming the newbs, not ridiculing them for simple typos. As PS said, we expect this type of behavior from TSTTTTT, but it really is out of character for you.

At least mrfisher gave the OP some useful advice, I don't really have anything to add to it, except perhaps to contact Admin as to the policy regarding free limited VIP for agencies. Even after a decade here and having moderated a good dozen boards, I have to confess I don't know the policy regarding agencies.

I've been hereba while.

However, I am unable to PM anyone, can't see the reviewer's profiles, etc.

As an agency,  what are my options for communicating privately with other members

Providers can, once they have a profile, become limited VIP members for free, and that affords them the use of the PM system.  But I don't think an agency can attain that status.

I would suggest reading the Newbie/Self Help Manual that is linked on this page, and see if there is anything on VIP and/or the PM system that speaks to agencies using same.

This was obviously a simple typo. The "b" didn't belong there and there should have been a space ("here a," not "hereba")
Anyone with half a brain could figure out what the OP was saying. Epsi likes to point out people's typos. I guess he never made a typo in his life. I guess the trees he talks to never make typos either. For him to post what he did is his character. For you to agree with him, and post an "LOL" besides, is very much out of character for you as the newbie host. :(

the fact that this is an agency tells me that this person has been around the block a few times. for you or perfect to think that this person is a 'newbie' is laughable.  

re-read the original post again... you might get it the 2nd or 3rd time.

Thanks for the input.

FWIW, posting from a tablet isn't all that much better than posting from a phone.  It's like I was actually typing.  I'm pointer pecking on a touch screen.  Typos galore!
