Joining in the discussions on your local board will help people get to know you. Do you have a website? If so you can link it to your posts when you respond on a thread. Weekly ads on your local ad board and participating with a unique daily photo on the photo only board are good ways to generate interest.

I am hoping you can point me in the right direction I am in need of some serious help. My huge dilemma is no reviews. I want to be a verified provider however in order to get verified I have to had a session with a verified hobbyist. This is turning into a huge nightmare. I can not work with the level of clients that I need to. The clients that I have are not reviewed nor verified. Please help me

to encourage your clients to join TER and write a review for you.

You can also place ads on the ad board.

You can also help your cause if you go and become well known, especially on your local board.
That often generates business, and it will be with TER members, many of whom write reviews.

I would also suggest that you read the Newbie/Self Help Manual that is linked on this page to learn how to use TER.

Wishing you the best.

you have to become active on this site if you want reviews.  Post on your regional board, that will get your name out there.  Post ads on your local ad board.  When you see a client, ask if he is a member of this site, and if he is, ask if he will review you.  If the guys you see are not members, tell them about the site, and suggest they join, after all, it's free to join.  They can get free VIP days for doing reviews.

Read the self help center, it will give you some good pointers on how to enhance your career.

When someone asks this Q I usually bring up the Indy vs Agency option. If there is a reliable agency in your area with a history of good reviews, you might consider joining up for a while until you accumulate some of your own.  Their regulars might be steered to you and you'll get their reviews.

Some agencies are strictly local.  Some agencies represent touring girls. Some agencies are more selective about who joins them; others are less so.  There are some cautions: getting to keep your reviews if you leave the agency and stuff like that.

Good luck
