Smoking...

I know I'm probably going to get a lot of flack for asking this, but what about smoking pot before seeing a provider?  I'm still a newbie but I've been around the block a few times to get a real feel for this business.  I know I could smoke beforehand and the chances of her knowing are pretty slim (I've been smoking for 20+ years).  I'm not a cigarette smoker and obviously would clean my face/clothes before to avoid the smell, but what's the harm in this?

1.  If I didn't ask before if it was okay and she found out, would she be pissed?  It not like alcohol where some people can get aggressive and other negative personality traits.

2.  And if I did ask before what do you think most providers would say?  There's no 420 friendly search that I've found.

I'm not looking for a debate on whether or not smoking weed is good or bad.  I'm just looking for honest opinions on why a provider might not be okay with this.  Anyone that's been around pot smokers know that they are mellow and very non aggressive.  If anything I would be more inclined to be taken advantage of as far as upsells and such.

Frankly, if you want to have a light buzz and can do so without acting spacey or suspicious in any manner then go ahead - sex on pot is awesome! But, what you're asking is mostly a question of manners. Since she doesn't know what's going to show up at the door, her primary concern is safety, so she's going to encourage you to be on your best behavior and her blanket message for anyone she hasn't met is going to be "don't be fucked up when you show up!"

So be respectful of her desire for safety and comfort and be sober the first time. Then, you can judge (or just ask) whether she'll be cool with you imbibing on your return visit.

Answers to your questions:
1. She'll be pissed if pot is the reason you're acting weird or having a hard time performing. She'll kick you out if you happen to have any on you.

2. Most providers will cut off contact if you ask before you meet. The good news is that there are plenty of ladies that imbibe, they're just not stupid enough to advertise it.

Curious to hear if the standard is any different in CO/WA. Ladies?

As long as it doesn't negatively affect your erection or ability to climax a provider should no more ethically/morally hold a grudge for you medicating prior with prescription Cannabis than she should Tylenol with codeine or anything else prescribed by your doctor.

I love to medicate with Cannabis along with having sex. I ALWAYS ask first, and cheerfully refrain if my partner doesn't like it or feels uncomfortable about it in any way. With current public opinion as it is I'd say about 75% of providers I've seen lately have been happy to share along in its medical benefits.
