Go to another area to meet or wait til the relatives leave.

There's nothing like taking a couple of weeks to choose a lovely lady with whom to spend some time, taking another week to muster the courage to send her an email, takng yet another week to swap emails in an attempt to find a time and place convenient for both, only to have the whole thing subsequently foiled when some of my relatives unexpectedly popped into town for an extended visit. Ugh!

Serves me right for trying to find a provider really close to home.  Doh!

Why is it that when I set aside time/money/etc. in anticipation of a highly-recommended visiting provider, invariably that provider's plans suddenly change?  I know, I know, it's simply luck - disappointing nevertheless.

Had this happen back in October, and now with a Ponzone/Jeopcon-level gem who was supposed to be coming this week, and may not be able to come next week!

It's going to be just my flavor of fortune if this woman winds up coming to DC the week between Xmas and New Years!

Hmmm Canis, Jeopcon and Ponzone "gem" huh?  Was gonna be here THIS week, delayed to next week and maybe later?..grrrr  Do I get THREE guesses?  Pretty sure I only need ONE!  Without a doubt, that would HAVE to be Jenna!  Right??  That girl even teases us with her SCHEDULE...sheeeesh!

did you have to call attention to her by name???!!!

:-D

I didn't get a chance to see her the last time she was here, and I've been setting aside resources in anticipation of her visit.

I've spoken to WOE twice, and apparently she's had to go in for some sort of a "procedure".  I haven't called back to find out if there has been an additional delay.

Sigh.  Well, I'm not going to let any of you know if she's confirmed to come next week (or soon after...)  ;-p

You know NONE of us can keep anything to OURSELVES around here.  Besides, that's NOT the idea.  Share and share alike.  It pays off in the end.  When you give and share, you GET even MORE.

I know what you mean about being closed out last time, though.  Same thing happened to ME.  So, when she finally gets back (whenever that ends up being) I sure wanna be there when "they play THAT number" (and I ain't talkin'bout no saints marchin' IN, EITHER)....:)

BTW, I can fully understand some "procedure" for us old farts, but an 18 YEAR OLD?  I'm sure it can't be as bad as it sounds....

Yes, yes, facetiousness aside, I agree.  This is what makes TER such a great resource, and why I've always been happy to let people know when I've found something great.

As to Jenna, from what I gathered, there was some sort of medical emergency.  Having close family members in the medical profession, I didn't delve too deeply.

I feel your pain Lue...I have the same problem.

Also, WoE's Jenna and her changing schedule was a disappointment for me too. I'd made special plans to slip away to see her, only to notice recently that her schedule had changed on the website.

No one from WoE contacted me about the change, though, which I find odd.

NoVA, they didn't contact me, EITHER.  I guess they think you would call them the morning of the session to confirm, before you go.  Nonetheless, people do schedule their day around certain sessions, in ADVANCE.
