I believe it is their choice to add that information, or not on their P411 page
I once booked a provider who had a notorious reputation of being remarkably beautiful & very unfriendly. Only regulars would get GFE & she was selective. So I go see her at her incall. I used a money card to try to sign up but didn't work. And I'm not comfortable using my cc in overseas transactions. Are their any other ways to sign up?
It could mean anything. I would shell out for VIP because usually a well reviewed provider will have reviews containing the kind of information you are looking for. P411 specializes as a online screening service rather than a listing source. The menu is always something you'll have to determine for yourself through research. YMMV
