Since I have been a reader for years but have just become active and plan on seeing a lady next week, at least that is the plan. I have a question on giving your real name. I have been reading posts for years on the other boards but rarely on the Newbie board because I was never in the market to partake. Now that I am about to partake I keep reading a myriad of responses.
I see people say to never give your real name but if you do not have references and the lady is going to screen you how in the world do you avoid giving your real name? If you have to fill out her form on her website they almost always include your real name. If you have to be screened through your job then you still need to give your real name. I am truly confused. How does someone like myself that has never seen a woman in "this world" and not give my real name? How can I be screened to make the lady comfortable that I am legit and a nice guy unless I give her my real name and she can verify me through my employment or any other way she feels necessary? I am trying to avoid giving my real name but I don't know how to get around it. And all sound advice is truly appreciated.But if go with a service like P411, you can get into this hobby by ONLY sharing your name with them if that is your comfort level. At first you will need to book with a newbie friendly P411 lady, but after you get an "okay" from her a world of options will open up to you. In some markets (especially where supply outstrips demand, pun intended), it is sometimes possible to make dates w/o full real name info. If you review, are not a jerk, get those early dates to vouch for you as referrals and build up from there, it may be possible to avoid full disclosures until you're more comfortable. It just might be easier to provide personal info ONCE to a service like P411, Date-Check, RS2K, etc..
