I never expect it or demand it and I do not think at $500 outcall for a hour that a tip imho is deemed necessary.. I mean shes already making a LOT as it is lol

I always found the tips I REMEMBERED and the gentlemen who I remembered did not give me cash tips, but a small gift, or something they knew I would appreciate or enjoy. They were thought out and personal.

Those tips meant more to me than money

New to the hobby.  What is the proper percentage or standard amount to tip?  Hypothetical scenario 60 minute outcall session for 500 dollars and the service was very good.

Search this forum for tipping, there have been numerous threads about this very question.  For me, I do not tip, I bring gifts.  On an hour for $500, I think she's gotten enough, for what it's worth.

But I have brought small gifts of nominal value on occasion, and they have always been appreciated.
A bottle of wine is nice, and many ladies will mention their preference on their site or P411 profile.
But I've had equally great dates without a gift.
Just be your best self as you'd be for any date - clean, respectful, friendly, and remember to leave the envelope out early on - do these things, and she'll most likely be happy with you as a client.

Sometimes a gal is running a special and it is below her normal rate/market rates for the area. Spending years in retail sales, I know you only take a hit on profits when things are slow and you are trying to generate some cash flow. So I usually pay the full rate anyway. For example, I saw one of my ATF's who was running a special for one week. I appreciated the fact that she was offering such a low rate, but she is in her 20's. She had a Motel room and got me Smirnoff's Ice for our date. I had no problem paying her normal rate to help her cover the cost of the room and the beverages she bought for my date with her. I think it was about $50 extra to me. I am not going to worry about $50 and Im sure she appreciated it very much.

If the provider is the type who will dress up for you, and you want to bring her an outfit to wear for your pleasure, buy something in a color she likes, or buy something nice that fits her style from a good store that she would be happy to keep. There are ways you can be cool and generous with out going overboard.

I go by the way I tip other professionals.  For example, I tip waiters and bartenders 20%, massage therapist and barber 25% (it is more physical / time consuming)

For providers, usually 20% to 25% - I think this is a hard job to do right

I count myself lucky - the professionals I've met are generally excellent, and maybe because of Yelp and TER, I avoid businesses / providers with higher likelihood of poor service
