I have a few questions on the screening process and what is normal versus abnormal.
If I pay for a P411 membership/verified by P411 and the provider is also on P411, is it okay for me not to provide my real name and remain my hobbying name? I understand providers not on P411 will want to perform their own verification.
Also, is it normal that providers will not want to schedule with you even if you are verified by P411 but you have zero references? I feel like a recent college graduate in this process. We won't hire you without experience, but how is one to get experience if no one is willing to let you work
I'd like to see some comments on this as well, especially how to see girls that require referrals when I don't yet have any. I suppose it's just a matter of seeking out the 'newbie friendly' women, who I assume are prone to white list if the experience was good... but I wouldn't feel comfortable asking to be white listed.
...meaning they will see you without references or Provider OK's on P411. They will want some kind of personal info though. Each will have their own ideas about what. Once a P411 provider has seen you they can give you an OK. The more OK's the better and then the providers will see you without any personal info.
Some P411 providers might see you based on your P411 membership only. You'll have to search to find them.

I started with p411 and newbie friendly providers. It took a couple request but found a nice lady fine with p411 only info. Just write a few words about yourself and be respectful. I suggest a mature provider because it can be a little nerve racking if your the nervous type. They've seen it all so just relax and enjoy.

I know I'm probably an exception to the rule in this instance - but that can at times be the fun part about this hobby, there really are no completely hard and fast rules! Be a decent guy, learn to go with the flow a bit, treat ladies with respect - and more often than not good times will be had (oh, but read reviews of course, without that, it really is a stab in the dark).
Newbie friendly is the no brainer, but if you keep trying, you will find someone. You will more than likely have to see a couple of providers at first you dont want, as many well reviewed providers, especially the 9/10 looks and 9/10 performance providers want basic +2.
This will happen also if you go longer than 6 months with out getting an okay. I have 16 okays, but was not active frequently enough over the past few years [over 6 months one time] and some providers would not see me because of that. The easiest thing to do in that case is to re visit someone you saw before who remembers you and getting an updated okay from them.
This is a reason I tend to avoid agencies. I have had some great experiences using agencies, but many providers dont trust them, or the agency dont remember you, so it does not help to get an okay from an agency in many cases. Some providers will look at your history and see you have been active for a while and book time with you, but some may not want to meet you unless they can call a provider you saw recently who can vouch for you. Its really a mixed bag of tricks out there.
If you are planning on seeing the best providers, I highly suggest sticking with independents and book with someone at least every 90 days to stay fresh, or you will still run into problems.
I think I may just have a tougher time since I'm part of a M/F couple seeking a lady and we are seeking the very high end of looks and performance. Patience is not my virtue but thank you everyone for your advice.
