I can't speak for all guys but I actually emailed a provider to ask for her side of the story in a case like this. Because the bad review was such an outlier.
I recently got 3 reviews. One guy that I didn't quite click with wrote a bad review for me...the other 2 were awesome😀. ..Question is...can I rebuttal that??! New and confused.

TER was established by a guy, so that males could post reviews of rip-offs and other bad experiences with females.
You do not say the review was phony (that you never saw the guy at all). Even if it were a fake review (which are sometimes submitted for free VIP time or by an immature jerk trying to get back at a provider) it can be difficult to have it yanked.
Your only likely "rebuttal": to provide enough satisfying sessions that the one poor one looks questionable.

You don't have the option of rebutting a review, but if you have already gotten two more very good reviews you don't have to worry to much about it. If you keep getting good reviews that one review won't matter because it's so different from the rest.
reviews you have the less the bad review will matter.
