Well im pretty new to this, I was out of town a few months ago and called a girl off of backpage and she showed up to my room and we had a good time. Outcall. LE is less likely to spend the $$$ for an outcall sting than an incall sting. And does she have a website? LE is not likely to take the time and spend the money to create a good website.
Join a screening service. RS2000 is big in Chicago. P411 is popular nationwide. And stick to providers on that site.
BP can be a minefield. I've done no research on the girl you posted about, but BP can be hit and miss. While there are many legit and great girls on BP, there are a few cheats, cons, and are just looking to rip you off, among other things. Check to see if the girl you are interested in is (recently) well reviewed and you have VIP here, you can contact the reviewers.
You can also look up her girls photos on google images. Does her photo come up with many different names and phone numbers or just the same name and phone number over a long period of time?

I find that Agency Incall tends to be safer. Also if the provider has several reviews and/or promotes on P411 or Date Check, there is a comfort level. Like previous poster said, never 100% safe. the most offered advice is for newbies to see well reviewed ladies who have reviews from established reviewers over time. You need TER VIP to read the details in reviews to see who is newbie friendly as well as PM reviewers to get more information.
Without reviews I highly recommend not doing an outcall first time seeing a girl, minimum. There's still plenty of things that can go wrong seeing a non-reviewed girl, but cash and dash is avoidable.
