Maybe you are referring to advertising however. You can do that too, but I suggest you read up on it in the Newbie/Self Help Manual that is linked on this page.
Read the whole thing because it has a lot of very useful information about how to use TER and the hobby in general.
Also, there are no moderators on these boards, but you can always write to TER Administration which link you'll also find on the board.

You can post on threads, but must meet the requirements to post an ad. As mrfisher said, read the self help center, all the rules are spelled out in there. You will get a provider profile as soon as a member posts a review of you. Until then, you are just a basic member. You can purchase VIP days like the guys. When you get a review, you can then ask admin to give you limited provider VIP membership and have your profile linked to your handle. That way, every time you post something, the link will appear under your name on the post.
