Three, part of the research is here, so get VIP membership if you don't already have it. You need it to read the juicy details of reviews, see the ratings and her fees. Four, consider joining one or more of the verification sites (see the thread immediately below this one). Five, on P411, providers are permitted to indicate if they are newbie friendly, which is good for you, so look for those that are newbie friendly. That means their screening may be less stringent than others. Finally, stick to well reviewed providers who have at least 5-10 or more reviews by established reviewers.
