Mainly because I know where Norfolk is and when I see anything Hampton the first area that springs to mind is The Hamptons on the East End of Long Island, NY.

But I don't hobby in that area so take it with a big grain of salt, and listen to the locals.

Would be nice to also add an additional board to the giant state of Florida.

I have no opinion on this Hampton Roads thing, but I think it is a good idea for TER Admin to seek user feedback on proposed changes before coming out with another "New Coke" disaster.  

Please take a look at my "Toys" suggestion, above. I propose both a new data field but also a new way to build the form (used by many others already): check boxes with "select all that apply."

where either the counties are large and/or it takes a long time to drive around.  The number of providers in Riverside and San Bernardino counties (collectively referred to as "Inland Empire") have been increasing the past few years.  Now, the only option is to list them under "Los Angeles", "Orange County", or "San Diego", depending on which of those three counties the lady's location is closest to.

About 10 years ago management added a "Tijuana" selection, which was a wise decision.  The addition of an "Inland Empire" category would also be wise.
