...whitelisted by several providers and those several providers had in turn also whitelisted other hobbyists as well, ad infinitum.  The chances of LE going to such an elaborate scheme to create fake profiles of so many providers and phony hobbyist memberships are infinitesimal.

Of course, I wouldn't do it with just any provider.  She better be damn well worth seeing and you really can't tell from one review unless  the reviewer checks out as having a very solid reputation.

If she has one review she may not be LE but it doesn't mean she doesn't have a pimp or boy friend in the shower waiting to rain hell fire down upon you when your pants are around your ankles. LE might be the least of your worries, you could be sleeping until some good doctor figures out how to put you back together again.
You seem to have an obsessive fear of LE but don't seem to realize there are many more dangers to be aware of.

if she is recommended by a trusted hobby buddy or a provider I know and trust.  One review might be good enough if her reviewer is well established and has seen several established providers with plenty of reviews.  If she has one review like this, she is probably not LE, but if you are not sure enough, find someone with plenty of reviews by established reviewers.  Why take chances if you are that concerned with LE?
